What are your hours? Do you offer emergency service?
Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Existing customers also get emergency coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays. We dispatch from Sandwich, MA and cover all of Cape Cod, the South Shore, and the surrounding areas.
How much does an emergency plumber cost on Cape Cod?
We quote a flat rate before any work begins, even on emergency calls. There’s an after-hours dispatch fee that we tell you on the phone, and it’s applied toward the repair — no surprise math on the invoice.
What should I do while I wait for the plumber?
Shut off the water at the main valve (usually in the basement on the street side of the house), open a faucet at the lowest level to drain pressure, and move belongings away from the water. If you smell gas, leave the house first and call us from outside.
