Residential Plumbing for Cape Cod Homes
The residential plumber Cape Cod homeowners trust — whatever your home and your water are doing to each other, one call handles it. Monday through Friday, 8 to 6 — and our customers never face an emergency alone: emergency coverage comes with being one.
Something Just Broke
Burst pipe, dead water heater, backed-up drain. Give us a call — a licensed plumber arrives with the parts to fix it on the truck and a flat-rate price before any work starts.
- Urgent repairs handled with priority, Monday–Friday 8–6
- Flat-rate quote before the work — never after
- Emergency plumbing, drains, water heaters, heating
- Existing customers: emergency coverage for the night the pipe lets go

Planning Ahead
The water heater is 12 years old. The boiler sounds wrong. The bathroom needs updating. Replacing things on your schedule always beats replacing them at midnight in February. We give you honest repair-vs-replace math and handle everything including the permit.
- Water heater replacement — tank, tankless, and ENERGY STAR hybrid options compared honestly
- Boiler replacement and oil-to-gas conversions
- Bathroom and kitchen fixture upgrades
- Well water testing and treatment before small problems become repipes
- Annual maintenance that catches failures before they happen
Your Cape House, Watched All Winter
You’re in Boston. Your house is in Falmouth. It’s January. Seasonal and second-home owners are some of our longest-standing customers — because nothing about owning a Cape house from a distance works without a plumber you trust.
- Fall winterization with a written, photographed checklist
- Spring openings: de-winterize, pressure-test, and inspect before you arrive
- Coordination with caretakers, neighbors, and property watchers
- Photo documentation of every visit, sent to wherever you are
- Leak detection and emergency response when the house sitter calls with bad news

Homeowner Questions
What are your hours?
Regular service runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Existing customers also get emergency coverage — so once we’ve worked on your home, you’re never on your own at 2 AM.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. We quote a flat rate before any work begins, and the quote costs nothing. For larger projects like repipes or boiler replacements, we’ll visit, measure, and put the number in writing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed by the Massachusetts Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters (MA Lic. #36862-PL-J) and fully insured. Every person who enters your home is a licensed plumber or a registered apprentice working under one.
Do you service seasonal and second homes?
It’s one of our specialties. Winterization, spring openings, leak checks, and coordination with whoever watches your house — with photo documentation sent to you wherever you live.
What towns do you cover?
We’re based in Sandwich, MA and serve all of Cape Cod and the South Shore — Barnstable, Falmouth, Mashpee, Bourne, Plymouth, and every town within about 50 miles. If you’re not sure, call and ask.
